Shipping policy

1. Once an order has been submitted, order confirmation numbers are sent via email.
2. Please allow 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS (MON-FRI) for order processing. After the 5 days of processing is when the shipping days will go into effect.            -Example: (If you order for 1-2 business day shipping. Your order will still have to go through 1-5 business days of processing. Then the 1-2 business days of shipping goes into effect.)
3. Tracking numbers are automatically sent via email/text once the order has been processed and shipping label is created.
4. After an order is processed, the number of days displayed at checkout will then apply to the delivery.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

1. EFFECTIVE October 2021: All items purchased are final sale. Therefore, we can not provide exchanges or returns. PLEASE READ/REVIEW EACH PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AS THEY ARE ALL UP TO DATE! However, we will correct any mistakes on behalf of our company if needed.
